Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN – Endocrinology & Podiatry - Pool/PRN
Interested in specialty medicine but not looking for a traditional full-time schedule? Join ProHealth Medical Group's Endocrinology and Podiatry teams in a flexible, as-needed role where you'll support two distinct specialties, work closely with providers, and continue building your clinical skills.
From diabetes and hormone-related conditions to foot and ankle care, you'll gain exposure to a variety of patient needs while helping our specialty clinics deliver excellent care.
Schedule & Locations
- Pool/PRN, as-needed position
- Daytime shifts Monday through Friday, with hours varying between 6:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Support Endocrinology and Podiatry clinics in Pewaukee and Sussex.
- Scheduling based on department coverage needs and availability.

What you'll do
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, review medications and update health histories in Epic.
- Prepare charts, exam rooms and supplies for Endocrinology and Podiatry visits.
- Scribe provider encounters in EPIC.
- Assist providers with patient care, minor procedures and specialty-specific clinical needs.
- Support light scribe responsibilities during Podiatry visits, assisting with documentation in Epic.
- Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, prescriptions and follow-up care.
- Reinforce provider instructions and help patients understand their next steps.
- Support daily clinic operations and maintain efficient patient flow.
What you'll need
- Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN qualifications appropriate for the position.
- Strong communication, organization and patient care skills.
- Comfort using electronic medical records and learning specialty-specific workflows.
- Ability to adapt between providers, clinics and patient populations.
- Previous Epic, specialty clinic or medical scribe experience is a plus.
