I'm currently recruiting for an experienced SHE Advisor to join a growing organisation within the construction and compliance sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Health, Safety & Environmental professional who enjoys being visible within the business, supporting operational teams, and driving a positive safety culture.

The Role
- Conduct site audits and inspections predominately in the SW but travel to London and NE
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training
- Coach and mentor operational teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar SHE / HSE / Health & Safety Advisor role
- Construction industry experience - Auditing
- Experience carrying out audits and investigations
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
- Full UK Driving Licence
