Experience Required
2+ years Fire Risk Assessment experience
Experience undertaking Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments independently
Exposure to residential, commercial and mixed-use premises
Comfortable managing own workload and diary
Working knowledge of PAS 79 and current fire safety legislation
Qualifications
Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment
ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment
ABBE Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment
IFSM, IFE or other relevant industry memberships desirable
Working towards a higher qualification considered advantageous
Key Responsibilities
· Undertake Fire Risk Assessments in line with PAS 79 and company procedures.
Produce clear and accurate FRA reports within agreed timescales.
Identify fire safety risks and provide practical recommendations to clients.
Conduct site visits across residential, commercial and public sector premises.
Maintain accurate records and assessment documentation.
Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Keep up to date with changes in fire safety legislation and guidance.
Manage own CPD and maintain professional competence.
