We\'re seeking an experienced Working Supervisor to lead and deliver high-quality fire door remedial works across social housing properties throughout London and the surrounding regions. This is a hands-on role combining supervisory responsibilities with on-the-tools work – ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and team leadership in safety-critical environments. The Role * Supervise a small team of fire door operatives and subcontractors on live sites * Carry out fire door remedial works in accordance with BM Trada standards * Ensure all operatives are working safely, to spec and in line with programme requirements * Conduct tool box talks and liaise with site management, clients and residents * Record progress via electronic reporting systems, including photographic evidence * Maintain high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness * Provide mentoring and support to less experienced operatives What’s On Offer * £45,000/year permanent salary * Ongoing work in a secure and growing sector * Opportunity to work with a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work * Professional development opportunities within passive fire protection
