The Role

We are seeking a Scheduler / Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of fire door and passive fire projects. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will be responsible for coordinating works, liaising with clients and residents, and supporting project delivery through effective planning and organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and completed in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule works and coordinate operatives across multiple projects
  • Liaise with clients and residents to arrange access within social housing environments
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to organise deliveries to site
  • Support project delivery through effective planning and communication
  • Review site information, photos, and reports to assist with completion documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting processes
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of works

Requirements

  • Experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role within construction or a related industry (essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
