We are seeking a Scheduler / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fire door and passive fire projects. This is a full-time, fully office-based role with no working from home, where you will be responsible for coordinating works, liaising with clients and residents, and supporting project delivery through effective planning and organisation. A key part of the role involves managing and coordinating site teams remotely, so previous experience running or coordinating teams is essential.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are scheduled efficiently, teams are coordinated effectively, and projects are completed in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule works and coordinate operatives and site teams across multiple projects
- Manage and coordinate site teams remotely, ensuring works are progressing to programme
