This role starts on a 3-month temporary basis, paid at an hourly rate equivalent to the advertised annual salary, before transitioning to a permanent position for the right candidate. We are seeking a Scheduler / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fire door and passive fire projects. This is a full-time, fully office-based role with no working from home, where you will be responsible for coordinating works, liaising with clients and residents, and supporting project delivery through effective planning and organisation. A key part of the role involves managing and coordinating site teams remotely, so previous experience running or coordinating teams is essential.

You will play a key role in ensuring works are scheduled efficiently, teams are coordinated effectively, and projects are completed in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule works and coordinate operatives and site teams across multiple projects
  • Manage and coordinate site teams remotely, ensuring works are progressing to programme
  • Liaise with clients and residents to arrange access within social housing environments
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to organise deliveries to site
  • Support project delivery through effective planning, organisation and communication
  • Review site information, photos and reports to assist with completion documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting processes
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of works

  • Experience in a scheduling, coordination or administrative role within construction or a related industry — essential
