We are currently seeking an experiencedFire Alarm Installation Engineerto join a growing team coveringSouth Wales and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with a strong background in fire alarm installations, particularly onGentsystems.
The Role
- Installation, commissioning and basic fault-finding of fire alarm systems.
- Predominantly working onGent fire alarm panels, with someAdvancedpanels.
- Working across a range of commercial and industrial sites throughout South Wales.
- Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and client requirements.
- Occasional weekend work as part of a planned rota.
Requirements
- Minimum5 years' experiencewithin the fire alarm industry.
- Proven experience installing and commissioningGent fire alarm systems.
- Gent Basic qualificationis essential.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm regulations and standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ideally based within South Wales for easy access to customer sites.
Package
- Salary of£38,000 - £40,000, depending on experience and ability.
- Standard working hours of08:30 - 17:00, with flexibility to start and finish earlier when required.
- Travel time paid outside of the first 30 minutes each way.
- Overtime paid at:
- Time & a halffor labour Monday to Saturday.
- Double timeon Sundays.
- Company vehicle, tools and equipment provided. xiskglj
