On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Passive Fire Protection sector, we are seeking two experienced and knowledgeable Surveyors to join their team to conduct fire door and fire stopping surveys in South West England and nationwide with staying away required. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying fire doors and compartmentation within the social housing sector, identifying necessary corrections, and providing expert advice on best practices. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out detailed surveys of fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation systems. * Collaborate with project coordinators to manage appointments effectively. * Offer technical guidance to the project delivery team, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations. * Conduct post-work inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of completed tasks. Key Requirements: * Strong technical knowledge of fire doors, compartmentation, and fire stopping. * Experience in the social housing sector and/or new build properties. * Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and write final reports and updates. * Extensive experience in surveying both fire doors and fire stopping.
