Sprinkler Supervisor (Residential Sprinkler Systems)

They are an ambitious company and are well on the way to be one of the UK's leading fire proteciton companies.\\n\\nThey're looking to employ a site manager to oversee residential sprinkler installations in social housing properties in Southampton. Due to the growth they are forecasting, they can offer genuine long term career growth opportunities for any of the succesful candidates.\\n\\nThis company want the best in the industry, and reward accordingly offering an extremely competitive bonus scheme that will typically pay circa 20% of your annual salary.\\n\\nYou will be overseeing a team of directly employed and sub-contractors and your duties will be as follows:\\n\\nQuality and Compliance:\\n\\n * Ensure all works are completed in line with industry standards and relevant accreditations.\\n\\n * Site checks.\\n\\n * Accurate report monitoring and recording.\\n\\nSite Management:\\n\\n * Site setup and works sign offs.\\n\\n * Managing stock, and conducting site surveys.\\n\\n * Inspecting works to ensure final delivery.\\n\\n * Identify opportunities for project variations and reporting to the Project Manager.\\n\\nTeam Leadership:\\n\\n * Supervise trades / sub-contractors, resolving daily challenges and promoting team morale.\\n\\n * Manage conflicts and highlight resource needs.\\n\\n * Maximising productivity on-site.\\n\\n * Training on software to sub-contractors and site teams.\\n\\nQuality Control:\\n\\n * Ensure all works are certifiable, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.\\n\\n * Conduct spot checks and maintain records of completed works.\\n\\nClient Liaison:\\n\\n * Pre-start meetings and maintain a clean, organised site that reflects the company’s professional image.\\n\\n * Engage with clients and residents, explaining works clearly and managing expectations.\\n\\n * Progress updates to the Project Manager and participate in client calls as needed.\\n\\nCommunication:\\n\\n * Weekly reports.\\n\\n * Informing Project Manager of site progress, with reporting frequency agreed in advance.\\n\\nHealth & Safety:\\n\\n * Implementingthe company’s Health & Safety policy across all sites.\\n\\n * Ensure safe working practices through regular training and audits.\\n\\n * Induct new tradespeople and ensure all relevant H&S paperwork is completed.\\n\\n * Lead regular toolbox talks, including Health & Safety updates
