  • Review fire door reports, drawings and specifications to ensure correct installation methods are followed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, residents and stakeholders – maintaining strong relationships throughout the programme
  • Carry out resident liaison across occupied social housing sites, handling queries and concerns professionally
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics across multiple locations
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and ensure full health and safety compliance
  • Manage programmes to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Complete all site documentation including RAMS, progress reports and compliance records

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and fire door schedules
  • SMSTS or SSSTS – required
  • CSCS Card – required
  • Full UK Driving Licence – required
  • FIRAS or BM TRADA accreditation – desirable
  • Additional passive fire knowledge including fire stopping and compartmentation – desirable
What's On Offer
  • £50,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on experience
