Pro Group Recruitment is working exclusively with an established national fire safety contractor to recruit a commercially focused Passive Fire Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team.
This is not a traditional desk-based estimating role.
We re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding projects from the outset and working closely with clients throughout the tender and quotation process.

The business has invested heavily in technology, with its own AI-powered estimating platform completing much of the administrative work, allowing the estimating team to focus on what really adds value - commercial thinking, client engagement and winning work.
Overview of the role: Working alongside the Head of Estimating, you ll take ownership of enquiries from initial client engagement through to final quotation.
You ll spend time understanding project requirements, visiting sites where required, developing strong client relationships and producing commercially sound estimates across a variety of passive fire projects.
