An established and rapidly growing passive fire protection contractor is looking to appoint two experienced Sales Managers to support continued expansion across its Education sector. They are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within either:
- Social Housing / Residential
- FM, Education and Public Sector Frameworks
The Role
Working closely with estimating, operational and senior leadership teams, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the passive fire sector
- Developing long-term relationships with housing associations, local authorities, consultants, main contractors, FM providers and asset managers
- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of key accounts
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Preparing client presentations, proposals and tender submissions
