An established and growing company based in Harrogate is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering progression, flexibility, and the chance to play a vital role in the successful delivery of high-impact projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the successful delivery of multiple projects at various stages * Liaise with internal teams to ensure all resources and materials are in place for project success * Track and update project progress using internal systems and software * Prepare and present reports to stakeholders using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word * Communicate with clients, site managers, commercial teams, and senior management to ensure everyone has a clear view of project timelines and deliverables * Support commercial and operations teams with project-specific enquiries or tasks, as needed The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role is advantageous, but not essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail * Confident using Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word * Capable of working independently and prioritising tasks across multiple projects * Driven, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the business What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary of £27,500 – £32,500 depending on experience * Private medical coverage * Opportunity for progression as the company continues to expand * Supportive and collaborative office culture * Flexible working available after successful completion of probation * Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm working hours This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit, high-performing team delivering quality services to a diverse client base.
