A well-established Fire Protection Company is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator / Scheduler to join their busy operations team in Coleshill on an immediate basis. This is a key position within the business, responsible for coordinating engineers, managing schedules, liaising with clients, and ensuring the smooth delivery of fire protection projects and maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating engineers and site visits
- Managing work orders and job allocation
- Liaising with clients and providing regular updates
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Supporting the operations team with planning and administration
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, or senior administrative role
- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Excellent IT and system skills
- Experience using Uptick would be a significant advantage, although training can be provided for the right individual
