Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leader in Passive Fire Protection, working on a wide range of projects across the UK. You will be London-based but willing to travel nationally to deliver surveys across education and social housing portfolios.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Surveyor to undertake site inspections relating to passive fire protection and ensure accurate reporting using mobile surveying software.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out surveys of:
- Fire doors
- Fire stopping / compartmentation
- Cavity barriers
- Fire dampers
- Drywall systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in passive fire and fire door surveys
- Strong understanding of passive fire compliance and standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- DBS check (or willing to obtain)
- CSCS card – beneficial
- SSSTS – beneficial
- Strong communication and reporting skills
