The business covers all aspects of social housing property repairs, including responsive, planned, void maintenance and dis-repairs contracts. Your Responsibilities: * Reactive maintenance works on social housing properties internal kitchens and bathrooms * A wide variety of Painting and Decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties. * The work will include: * All types of preparation * Emulsion * Gloss painting * Wallpaper hanging * Artex repairs * Non-licenced asbestos removal The successful candidate will have: * A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in painting & decorating or equivalent (Desireable) * A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned) * CSCS card would be an advantage * PASMA / IPAF (desirable) * Full, UK driving licence Please contact Nathan Brown on (phone number removed)
