An established and growing compliance contractor is seeking an Estimator to join its commercial team, supporting the pricing and tendering of passive fire protection projects across a variety of sectors including healthcare, social housing, education and commercial property. The role involves working closely with operational and commercial teams, and you will be responsible for preparing accurate and commercially viable quotations for passive fire protection works. Responsibilities will include:
- Pricing passive fire protection projects, including fire door and fire stopping works
- Reviewing tender documentation and client requirements
