A leader in the provision of fire protection services is looking for experienced fire stoppers to join their team. You will be working on sociual housing properties, carrying out maintenance and remediation works to fire resistant materials as well as installations when required. The works will be in covering Canterbury and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have: * At least two years’ fire stopping experience * NVQ level 2 passive fire protection * Valid CSCS card * Experience with batt and mastic, fire barrier and compound * Fire curtain experience desired but not essential * Surveying experience would be an advantage * Experience working on social housing FRA contracts * Experience using recording software such as BORIS Roles and responsibilities * Complete works in line with the manufacture’s specification * Document works on a step-by-step basis, ensuring evidence is taken accurately * Problem solving and being able to overcome unforeseen issues with the work * Liaise with customers and members of the public What\'s on offer? * Fire stopping installations and remedial works to social housing properties across Kent * Full time, permanent employment with a reputable contractor within the passive fire protection industry * Company vehicle, fuel card * Oppertunity to progress These vacancies are potentially for an immediate start after for the right candidates.
