- Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor within the residential sector
- Experience covering low- to high-rise residential buildings
- A recognised fire risk assessment qualification, with a minimum Tier 3 status on a recognised register
- Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation and guidance

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, pragmatic, and client-focused approach

This position offers:
- £50,000 - £60,000 salary, depending on experience
- A genuine opportunity to lead and grow a fire risk assessment team
