This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leaders in the passive fire protection industry, managing fire door installation and renewal projects across the South of England. Role Overview: As a Fire Door Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth delivery of multiple fire door projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and health & safety standards are upheld at all times. You will act as the key point of contact for site operations, trades, subcontractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: • Quality & Compliance Management: Ensure all works meet IFC and company standards, carrying out timely site checks and ensuring accurate data entry into the recording app. • Site Management: Oversee site setup and sign-off, manage stock and deliveries, complete precondition surveys, welfare setup, post-inspections, and liaise closely with the Project Manager. • People Management: Supervise trades and subcontractors, resolve on-site issues, boost morale, identify resourcing needs, and support team productivity. • Quality Control: Conduct spot checks to ensure works are certifiable, compliant, and delivered to client expectations. • Client Liaison: Attend pre-start meetings, ensure sites are professionally presented, and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery. • Communication & Reporting: Provide weekly progress updates to both client and Project Manager, including resident liaison and site reports. • Health & Safety: Enforce company H&S policies, deliver toolbox talks, ensure all works are carried out safely, and maintain up-to-date paperwork and audits.
