Fire Door Site Manager – Birmingham (Temp to Perm) We are working with a small, well-established fire protection contractor who are looking to appoint a Fire Door Site Manager to oversee works across the Birmingham area. The company operates with a small team of carpenters and typically manages 3–4 live sites at any one time, working primarily within social housing. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable being site-based and taking ownership of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing fire door installations and remedial works * Managing a small team of carpenters across multiple sites * Ensuring all works meet current fire door compliance standards * Carrying out quality inspections and snagging * Managing materials, deliveries, and basic stock control * Maintaining health & safety standards on site * Keeping programmes on track and reporting progress * Using Bolster or similar systems to record works Requirements: * Strong understanding of fire doors and compliance * Experience working on social housing projects * Previous site management or supervisory experience * Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously * Confident working in a small, close-knit team Package: * Competitive day rate with temp-to-perm potential * Company vehicle provided * Quick start available following a short interview process
