Our client, a leading Passive Fire Protection contractor, has secured a long-term contract with the local council and is now seeking an experienced Fire Door Site Manager to oversee works across Nottingham. This is a permanent role offering stability, with the added benefit of minimal travel β all projects are local, allowing you to maintain a good work/life balance. The Role: * Managing day-to-day site operations on social housing projects. * Overseeing fire door installation, maintenance and remedial works. * Coordinating and supervising site teams to ensure projects run to time, budget and compliance standards. * Carrying out site inspections, quality checks, and health & safety monitoring. * Supporting the team by stepping on the tools if required, though the role is primarily management focused. * Ensuring all works meet regulatory and certification requirements.
