Are you an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer looking to join a reputable business with long-term opportunities and a strong pipeline of work? Our client is seeking a skilled engineer to carry out servicing, inspections, and remedial works across a range of fire protection systems.
The Role
You will be responsible for the servicing, testing, and repair of:
- Commercial & Residential Sprinkler Systems
- Domestic & Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems (BS9251)
Key duties include:
- Carrying out servicing and remedial works in line with the latest British and EN standards
- Conducting inspections, testing, and system assessments
- Identifying, diagnosing, and repairing system faults
- Providing technical information for upgrade or modification quotations
- Ensuring all work complies with industry, manufacturer, and safety regulations
Experience & Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including BS9251
- Ability to carry out system changeovers and work across multiple sites
- Competent working with fire alarms and all types of commercial sprinkler systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in fire protection (preferred but not essential)
- Specialist tools provided
