This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Passive Fire Site Manager to pick up a well-structured summer contract delivering FRA remedial works across schools in Essex. The contract runs from 20th July through to end of August 2026, covering 3-4 school sites across Basildon, Chelmsford and the wider Essex area. This is a mobile role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and manage multiple sites independently throughout the summer holiday period. There is a possibility for ongoing work if satisfied with that initial contract.
As Passive Fire Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of FRA passive fire works across multiple school sites in Essex. Works will cover fire stopping and fire door programmes, ensuring all installations are completed safely, compliantly and to programme within the school holiday window. This is a fast-paced, mobile contract requiring strong organisation, independence and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously with minimal supervision.
