Looking for a skilled Contract Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of key contracts, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and in line with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. What You’ll Be Doing As our new Contract Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our contracts and leading a talented team. Your responsibilities will include: * Overseeing day-to-day delivery of reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services. * Leading, supporting, and developing your team to achieve the highest professional standards and deliver projects on time. * Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery. * Managing accurate pricing, quotations, invoicing, and financial reporting to keep contracts running smoothly. * Monitoring and delivering all KPIs and goals in line with client expectations. * Overseeing procurement of materials and ensuring legal and compliance standards are met. * Coaching and mentoring less experienced supervisors and engineers, setting clear objectives and supporting their career development. * Acting as the main point of contact for all communication and issue resolution on the contract. * Continuously reviewing and improving systems, processes, and working methods to drive efficiency. * Actively involving clients at every stage, from planning to post-completion and gathering feedback to enhance service. * Upholding our Health & Safety and Environmental policies, and reporting any breaches to senior leadership. * Supporting senior management as required to deliver excellent service.
