ProGroup Recruitment are working with one of the largest housing providers who are actively searching for an experienced cleaner to work within their Voids team. PLEASE NOTE ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE Key Responsibilities: * Conduct deep cleans in void (vacant) properties, including end-of-tenancy and environmental cleans * Remove furniture, rubbish, carpets, and non-standard fittings from all areas, including lofts and basements * Clear and tidy gardens, removing waste, overgrowth, and fly-tipped materials * Clean out garages and sheds, and dismantle them when required * Load and safely dispose of waste at authorised tips using a company-provided van * Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures What We’re Looking For: * Full UK driving licence (essential – you’ll be provided with a van and fuel card) * Experience in deep, environmental, or end-of-tenancy cleaning * Physically fit and happy to handle demanding manual work in varied conditions * Able to work independently and manage your own workload * Good understanding of health and safety practices What’s on Offer: * Company van and fuel card * Excellent pension scheme * Life assurance * Generous holiday entitlement * Award-winning flexible benefits package * Paid volunteering days * A supportive and stable working environment with a reputable employer If you are interested, please apply or give Nathan a call on (phone number removed)
