The predicted salary is between 42300 - 51700 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major Passive Fire Protection project based at a Data Centre in Chester.
The multi-million pound project involves extensive fire stopping works following surveys which have identified multiple penetration gaps.
As works progress, you will be responsible for managing project variations, ensuring quality delivery and maintaining strong client relationships throughout.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project on site.
- Oversee 2–3 installation teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client.
- Manage commercial aspects and project variations.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
- Provide technical guidance on passive fire protection systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Passive Fire Protection projects.
- Strong fire stopping knowledge.
- Confident managing client relationships and acting as the technical lead on site.
- Previous experience delivering commercial projects.
- Knowledge of Fire DNA reporting software is advantageous.
- Experience with Quelfire details.
- Experience working on FIRAS-accredited projects would be beneficial, although individual FIRAS accreditation is not required.
