Fire Door Site Manager – Birmingham (Temp to Perm)\\n\\nWe are working with a small, well-established fire protection contractor who are looking to appoint a Fire Door Site Manager to oversee works across the Birmingham area.\\n\\nThe company operates with a small team of carpenters and typically manages 3–4 live sites at any one time, working primarily within social housing. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable being site-based and taking ownership of quality and compliance.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Overseeing fire door installations and remedial works\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing a small team of carpenters across multiple sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring all works meet current fire door compliance standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carrying out quality inspections and snagging\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing materials, deliveries, and basic stock control\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining health & safety standards on site\\n\\n * \\n\\n Keeping programmes on track and reporting progress\\n\\n * \\n\\n Using Bolster or similar systems to record works\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of fire doors and compliance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience working on social housing projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous site management or supervisory experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously\\n\\n * \\n\\n Confident working in a small, close-knit team\\n\\nPackage:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive day rate with temp-to-perm potential\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company vehicle provided\\n\\n * \\n\\n Quick start available following a short interview process
