Passive Fire Supervisor – Dudley (x3 Positions) Location: Dudley, West Midlands Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Package The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Passive Fire Supervisors to join one of the UK's fastest-growing fire safety specialists delivering works across the West Midlands. Three positions are available in Dudley with an immediate start, working across social housing and NHS environments as part of a growing regional team. The Role As Passive Fire Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of fire door and fire stopping works across social housing and NHS sites in and around Dudley. You will supervise operatives on site, ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained and act as the key point of contact between site teams, clients and the wider project team. All works are recorded using SimPRO. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the day-to-day delivery of passive fire works across social housing and NHS sites in Dudley * Oversee fire door and fire stopping works, ensuring all installations meet BM TRADA standards and company methodology * Manage and motivate operatives on site, organising workflow and maintaining programme * Record all activity accurately in SimPRO including photos, asset records and data updates * Carry out quality assurance checks and ensure sign-off of works on site * Deliver toolbox talks, site inspections and equipment checks * Liaise directly with clients and building users to manage access and resolve on-site issues * Maximise resident access using best-practice engagement methods * Complete all required H&S documentation, RAMS and permits to work What We're Looking For * Proven experience as a Passive Fire Supervisor within fire doors and fire stopping — essential * Experience working within social housing or NHS environments — essential * An A-player mindset — high standards, extreme ownership and the drive to do things properly first time * Strong understanding of BM TRADA, FIRAS or IFC compliance standards * Comfortable using SimPRO or similar systems — desirable * SSSTS or SMSTS — required * CSCS Card — required * Full UK Driving Licence — required What's On Offer * £45,000 – £50,000 per annum * Bonus scheme * Personal Development Plan with ongoing training and mentoring * Enhanced maternity and paternity * Daily lunch, snacks and refreshments — including Takeaway Fridays * Team social budget and two major company events per year * European mini-breaks for exceptional performance * Cycle to work and auto-enrolment pension
