Passive Fire Supervisor / Site Manager – London (x2 Positions) Location: London Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Package The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Passive Fire Supervisors or Site Managers to join one of the UK's fastest-growing fire safety specialists. The business partners with over 80% of the UK's Housing Associations and Local Authorities, delivering pragmatic, proportionate fire safety solutions across the housing and NHS sectors. Two positions are available in London with an immediate start. The Role As Passive Fire Supervisor / Site Manager, you will take ownership of site operations across passive fire protection works in London, delivering fire door and fire stopping programmes across social housing and NHS environments. You will manage operatives and subcontractors, oversee quality and compliance, and act as the key point of contact between site teams, clients and the wider project team. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of passive fire works across social housing and NHS sites in London * Supervise operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and to programme * Enforce a right-first-time culture and ensure quality standards are maintained at all times * Survey in line with BM TRADA standards and company methodology * Record all activity accurately in SimPRO including photos, asset records and data updates * Carry out quality assurance checks and ensure sign-off of works on site * Deliver toolbox talks, site inspections and equipment checks * Liaise directly with clients and building users to manage access and resolve on-site issues * Maximise resident access using best-practice engagement methods * Complete all required H&S documentation, RAMS and permits to work What We're Looking For * Proven experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager within passive fire protection — fire doors and fire stopping essential * An A-player mindset — high standards, extreme ownership and the drive to do things properly first time * Experience working within social housing or NHS environments — essential * Strong understanding of BM TRADA, FIRAS or IFC compliance standards * Comfortable using SimPRO or similar systems — desirable * SMSTS or SSSTS — required * CSCS Card — required * Full UK Driving Licence — required What's On Offer * £50,000 – £55,000 per annum * Bonus scheme * Personal Development Plan with ongoing training and mentoring * Enhanced maternity and paternity * Daily lunch, snacks and refreshments — including Takeaway Fridays * Team social budget and two major company events per year * European mini-breaks for exceptional performance * Cycle to work and auto-enrolment pension
