We are seeking an experienced Service Manager or a Senior Engineer looking to move on their career to the next step. The role will be to oversee and control the daily delivery of service operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in coordinating planned maintenance and reactive works, supporting engineers, and acting as the central link between clients, engineers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and coordinating PPM schedules and reactive service requests
- Site Visits to quote on jobs
- Managing field engineers, subcontractors, and third party suppliers
- Tracking workloads and job progress through service management software (e.g. Simpro or similar)
- Producing RAMS and ensuring all works meet health and safety standards
