Our client is one of the world’s leading music and lifestyle focussed PR and marketing agencies, working with some of the biggest and most respected names across the music industry. They have a collection of over 400 of the biggest music, dance, event and lifestyle communities across Instagram and TikTok. Their team deliver data driven campaigns for a range of clients including festivals, venues, artists, promoters, labels and more, generating mass engagement and awareness, driving streaming, downloads and ticket sales. We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Senior Community Campaign Manager to join our Influencer & Community Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong understanding of how to build authentic community-led marketing campaigns that resonate across music, festivals, events, and cultural spaces. You’ll lead on the development and execution of social-first, influencer-led campaigns, oversee global festival activations, manage creator relationships, and drive community growth strategies, all while working closely with clients, creators, and internal teams. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to new business development, help shape the agency’s voice through marketing materials, and attend global events representing the agency and our clients.

- Creative & Detail-Oriented: Highly literate with a keen eye for layout, typography, and design, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling campaigns.
- Strategic & Conceptual Thinker: Able to lead projects with original ideas, forward thinking strategy, and creative direction.

- Marketing Experience: Proven background in delivering successful digital marketing campaigns for events, festivals, or music brands.
