Our client is a specialist company providing important services to their clients. They have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team.
Base pay range
Basic Salary: £28,500 with OTE of £35,000 via our uncapped commission scheme.
Schedule
- 9‑5 Mon‑Fri, including a late shift 12‑8pm
- Every 5th week the late will be a Friday 10‑6pm
- 1 in 5 Saturdays 9‑5pm
- Roughly 1 in 15 Sundays 10‑4pm
Summary Duties and Responsibilities of Role
- Make outbound calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels.
- Achieve department sales conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
- Conduct sale calls in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations.
Key Skills Required
- Communication – possess a professional telephone manner, excellent listening and communication skills, and the ability to answer customer questions while being aware that some customers may be vulnerable.
- Productivity – results‑driven with the ability to achieve work towards KPIs set on production, quality and customer service.
- Accuracy – record information accurately and ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to in a methodical and compliant way.
- IT Skills – computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer Champion – act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience of the Company.
Proven Track Record
- Telephone sales experience (preferred minimum of 1 year)
- Success within a target‑driven environment
- Working in accordance with detailed procedures
- Flexible approach with ability to adapt quickly to meet business needs
