Our client is a specialist Company providing important services to their clients. They have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 and one late shift 12:00 – 20:00 which will include occasional Saturdays in return for a day in lieu., * To make outbound calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels.

Achieve department sales conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Sale calls to be made in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations.

Communication?- Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience. Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, deliver outstanding Customer care; being especially aware that some customers may be vulnerable.

Productivity?- Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI’s set on production, quality and customer service skills.

Accuracy?- Must have the ability to record information in an accurate way and ensure that all process and procedures are adhered with in a methodical and compliant way.
