Our client is a fully occupied, premium turnkey office building in the City of London where they operate under a serviced / fully managed office model. They are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Building Property Manager. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of delivering best-in-class tenant experience, while ensuring cost-efficient and high-performing building operations, while also supporting tenant retention and future leasing strategy. This is a client-facing, operational leadership role, interacting directly with tenant CEOs and senior stakeholders, while coordinating internal staff and external suppliers. The ideal candidate combines strong operational property management experience with a commercially aware mindset, including familiarity with leasing dynamics and an active broker network in the City of London, to ensure both exceptional building performance and continuity of occupancy.
