Our client is a specialist Company providing important services to their clients. They have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team.
Hours: (BASED IN THE NICE NEW OFFICE IN KNUTSFORD) Usually - Monday to Friday 09:00 β 17:00 One week in every 4 weeks you would do: Mon β Thurs 12 β 8pm, Fri 10 β 6pm Saturdays β to work 1 sat every 3 weeks in return for a day in lieu or the extra money.
Summary Duties and Responsibilities of Role:
- To make outbound calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels.
- Achieve department sales conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
- Sale calls to be made in line with the Companyβs process and FCA regulations.
Key Skills Required:
- Communication: Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience. Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, deliver outstanding Customer care; being especially aware that some customers may be vulnerable.
- Productivity: Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPIβs set on production, quality and customer service skills.
- Accuracy: Must have the ability to record information in an accurate way and ensure that all process and procedures are adhered with in a methodical and compliant way.
- IT Skills: Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer Champion: Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience of the Company.

- Proven Track record of: Telephone sales experience (preferred minimum of 1 year)
