Our client is a specialist Company providing important services to their clients. They have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 which will include occasional Saturdays in return for a day in lieu.
- Achieve department sales conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
- Sale calls to be made in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations.
- Communication: Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience. Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, deliver outstanding Customer care.
- Productivity: Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI’s set on production, quality and customer service skills.
- IT Skills: Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer Champion: Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience of the Company.
- Telephone sales experience (preferred minimum of 1 year).
- Delivering excellent Customer Service.
- Flexible approach with ability to adapt quickly to meet business needs.
