Our client is a fast-growing specialist recruitment group operating across Technology and Energy, known for their professional, people-first approach. They are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and provide key administrative support to operations, contracts, and finance functions. You will also assist with Payroll for contractors.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the wider business. You will be responsible for:
- General office administration and day-to-day business support
- Supporting contractor payroll administration, including data checks and reporting
- Assisting the Contracts & Compliance Administrator with contract and compliance processes
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases
- Supporting finance administration and ad hoc reporting
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve administrative queries
Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Excel
- Comfortable working with data and supporting payroll or finance processes
- Recruitment or professional services experience is beneficial but not essential
