Macclesfield (Hybrid – 3 days in office) We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed Managed Services Provider that’s scaling its new business team—and they’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across cyber, cloud, and connectivity. This isn’t just a “smile and dial” role. It’s a consultative, solution-led sales position where you’ll engage senior stakeholders, shape strategy, and win high-value business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and winning new business across target markets
  • Managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → close)
  • Positioning solutions across cyber, cloud & managed services (XDR, SIEM, SD-WAN, Azure, M365)
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Collaborating with Pre‑Sales and technical teams to close complex deals
  • Driving pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets
