We’re partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed Managed Services Provider expanding across the UK—and they’re hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-potential, “white-space” customers. This is a growth-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Leading QBRs, service reviews, and account planning
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across cyber, cloud & connectivity
- Driving adoption of solutions (XDR, SIEM, SD-WAN, Azure, M365)
- Managing renewals, contracts, and commercials
- Working closely with Pre-Sales and technical teams to win business
