Our client is an exciting recruitment company that has been operating for over 10 years and has a focus on Energy, Utilities, Renewables, Financial Service and Engineering. They have seen steady growth and have a great client base within the UK and internationally.
They are currently looking for a Manager/Associate Director that can take charge of the Renewable Energy Division to grow and expand it over the next 12 months. They already have great clients in this area and a mixture of Contract and Perm.
Managing a small team, you will lead from the front and help with the growth and strategy of the division. Having a background within Renewable Energy (Ideally Solar and Wind) recruitment is needed and the ability to build out a business and motivate the team to perform the best they can. Personality is key as you will bring energy and focus to the team and work closely with the Leadership team across the business.
They have an outstanding Commission structure to give you the best opportunity to maximize your earnings. This is a unique and fantastic role which can offer excellent career advancement for the right person.
