Our client is an exciting recruitment company that has been operating for a number of years and has a focus on finding professionals for the Energy, Utilities, Renewables, and Technology sectors. They have seen steady growth and have a great client base within the UK and internationally.
Due to demand, they are currently looking to grow out their Technology Recruitment team focused on Data and AI with an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Manager that can run their own desk as a Billing leader and has a strong background within Technology recruitment. You will be an experienced Technology recruiter within a recruitment consultancy, not in-house in a Tech team.
They see huge potential for someone to come in, manage an existing small team, and grow the business over the next few years. They have a clear strategy to invest in this area and want someone that can help with the strategy, identify clients and opportunities, and be excited about building out the business in that area.
You will have proven billing records and enjoy being part of a fast-growing, dynamic team. This role will involve bringing in new clients as well as managing clients once working with the business. The company has a strong reputation for retaining staff and supporting them in their career and increasing earning potential.
