Our client is a growing SME construction (Design and Build) company based in Bromley, Kent. They specialise in high-end residential projects and the wellness sector. They are highly client-focused and aim to build strong client relationships, overseeing projects from design through to completion.
Due to growth, they are looking for a Projects Manager to join the business and report to the Construction Director. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end residential construction and design and build, with a proven track record in multi-site project management and health & safety. Enjoying a client-facing role is essential.
Experience in using project management tools is required, ideally with knowledge of ProCore Software. This role requires someone flexible in their approach and proactive in following up tasks and communicating with clients and other parts of the business, working closely with the commercial team.
In this role, you will manage your own projects and oversee a couple of project managers and their workloads. This is a hybrid role, with expectations to be in the Bromley offices 2 days a week, on-site 2 days, and working from home 1 day.
