Overview
Our client is a growing company within the service sector and is recruiting for new members of staff to join their Inbound Sales team, working from their office in Andover.
The company is a group of companies that specialises in providing essential services. They have seen rapid growth and now employ nearly 300 staff and growing. Within the inbound team you will be dealing with customers, giving advice and selling their services. This is not a cold calling role and you will receive inbound calls and requests from interested customers.
Responsibilities
- To answer inbound sales calls from customers who have enquired through various marketing channels with the objective of answering queries regarding the plans and setting up sales. Calls are to be answered in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations.
- To act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all activity reflects the company positively and delivers exemplary customer service.
Key Skills Required
- Communication – Professional telephone manner with proven experience in dealing with customers, including vulnerable customers; excellent listening and communication skills to answer questions and provide outstanding customer care.
- Productivity – Results driven with the ability to work towards KPIs on production, quality and customer service.
- Accuracy – Ability to record information accurately and follow processes compliantly.
- IT Skills – Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer Champion – Ensure a positive customer experience.

- Proven track record of strong telephone sales experience (preferred minimum 1 year).
- Success in a target-driven environment and ability to work with potentially vulnerable customers.
