Team Manager/Associate Director – Recruitment Sector

Our client is an exciting recruitment company that has been operating for over 10 years and has a focus on Energy, Utilities, Renewables, Financial Service and Engineering.

They are currently looking for a Manager/Associate Director who can take charge of the Energy and Utilities division and grow and expand it over the next 12 months. They already have great clients in this area and a mixture of Contract and Permanent placements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team, lead from the front and help with the growth and strategy of the division.
• Work closely with and shadow the CEO to develop the right person through to a potential Associate Director/Director level role.

Qualifications

• Background within Energy and Utilities recruitment is preferred.
• Strong management experience.
• Passion and energy to grow and build a team.
