Our client is a growing SME construction company that, due to impressive growth, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Bromley, Kent. They have a specialism in high-end residential and the wellness sector. They are hugely client-focused and look to build strong client bonds, seeing the projects from design through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Traveling to job sites (multiple projects)
  • Making precise measurements to determine property boundaries
  • Creating maps of measured properties
  • Researching land records
  • Maintaining measuring equipment
  • Collaborating with engineers and architects
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Critical thinker
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work well in team settings
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Experience under a licensed Professional Surveyor
  • Experience using surveying tools
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

This role will require 2 days minimum in the Bromley offices, 2 days on site, and 1 day WFH.
