Associate Director/Director of Energy and Utilities Recruitment
Our client is an exciting growing Energy, Renewables, Power and Utilities Recruitment business with strong growth over the last three years even in this tough market. They have recently opened offices in the US and are now looking for a strong leader to join at either an Associate Director or Director level, heading a small Energy and Utilities Recruitment team that is currently just under five and who will build this out.
You will motivate and drive the team as well as lead by example with your knowledge and commitment within the sector. The company wants to invest into the team and business and will offer an outstanding OTE and also the possibility of options in the company for some future wealth creation.
A strong understanding and success within Energy and Utilities recruitment is a must as is a proven track record of beating and smashing targets. Although this is a hands‑on role due to the size of the company, you will be expected to have input into the strategy and direction and be continuously looking to make improvements.
