Our client is a well-established drinks business that supplies venues throughout the UK. They are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Controller / Cash Allocation to join their successful Finance department. This is a fast-paced role based in Tottenham N17 London
This is an office-based role and will be 5 days a week in the offices so please only apply if this suits you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES include :
- Covering all areas of Accounts Receivable
- Cash allocation
- Month end reconciliations
- Managing Petty Cash
- Dealing with queries on invoices and outstanding monies
- Responsible for areas of credit control
- Cash balancing on a daily basis
- Dealing with and banking cash taken from the onsite cash and carry business
- Ad-hoc invoicing and cashier duties that arise within the business
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in credit control
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Good knowledge of GDPR and Money Laundering regulations
