Our client is a well-established drinks business that supplies venues throughout the UK. They are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Controller / Cash Allocation to join their successful Finance department. This is a fast-paced role based in Tottenham N17 London

This is an office-based role and will be 5 days a week in the offices so please only apply if this suits you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES include :

  • Covering all areas of Accounts Receivable
  • Cash allocation
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Managing Petty Cash
  • Dealing with queries on invoices and outstanding monies
  • Responsible for areas of credit control
  • Cash balancing on a daily basis
  • Dealing with and banking cash taken from the onsite cash and carry business
  • Ad-hoc invoicing and cashier duties that arise within the business

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in credit control
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
  • Good knowledge of GDPR and Money Laundering regulations
