Are you passionate about delivering complex manufacturing projects within the Aerospace and Space sectors? This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Engineering & Manufacturing Company (based near Thatcham) that plays a key role in cutting-edge engineering solutions, partnering Global Names in the Space & Aerospace Industry. You will be part of a dedicated team of Manufacturing Engineers, managing 4-6 concurrent projects from initial quote through to handover into production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys front-end involvement and has strong project management capability.
What you are doing as Manufacturing Engineer:
- Managing manufacturing projects from NPI through to production handover
- Leading quoting, planning and resource coordination activities
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Overseeing process engineering aspects and driving continuous improvement
- Working closely with operations once projects move into production
What we are looking for in a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Degree or HND in Engineering
- NPI and process engineering experience within and/or supplying into the Aerospace or Space Industries (or similar high-regulation industry)
- Strong experience with machining processes (CNC or similar)
- Exposure to additive manufacturing would be beneficial
- Practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to obtain UK security clearance (essential for certain projects)

- Hours: 08:30-16:30 Mon-Thu, 08:30-16:00 Fri (39 hours per week)
