Base pay range

A well-established solar company are looking for a Site Manager for their large-scale solar farm project in the Bristol area. They need someone to start ASAP, ideally within the next 2 weeks.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations, driving progress, maintaining high safety standards, and liaising with stakeholders from subcontractors to project developers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of sustainable energy development in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Ensure health & safety protocols are rigorously followed
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Report regularly on progress, risks, and issues to project teams
- Champion environmental compliance and sustainability goal

Requirements:

- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING ON LARGE-SCALE SOLAR FARM PROJECT(S) IS A MUST

- SMSTS

- First Aid

- Black CSCS card
